We interrupt the fashion...

to bring you Ironman news. Tom competed in the Florida Ironman last Saturday.

He looks good for racing 11 hours and 57 minutes. He beat his goal and had a great race.

All the guys before race day.

Run Tom run!

We watched his race on-line and saw him transition from swim to bike and then come across the finish line. Tom is an Ironman.

You can watch it too.

I think I just figured out why you're always passing out. Fainting over the hunky hubby sounds reasonable!

I cried watching that 19 second clip. Seriously. I think that is absolutely incredible. That has to take so much strength, both physically AND mentally.

And I might have been crying cause I didn't look that spunky after finishing my little baby triathlon.

Wow. I am impressed.

And a little depressed. How in the heck can I get myself to love exercise as him?
