Tom competed in the Florida Ironman last Saturday.
He looks good for racing 11 hours and 57 minutes. He beat his goal and had a great race.

We watched his race on-line and saw him transition from swim to bike and then come across the finish line. Tom is an Ironman.

I think I just figured out why you're always passing out. Fainting over the hunky hubby sounds reasonable!
I cried watching that 19 second clip. Seriously. I think that is absolutely incredible. That has to take so much strength, both physically AND mentally.
And I might have been crying cause I didn't look that spunky after finishing my little baby triathlon.
He doesn't look like he's just finished a race! Good for him! And you are so supportive. You guys ROCK!
