All the Tribal Ladies

Of course one costume is never enough for Halloween. These girls went all out creating their tribal lady outfits complete with braids and baskets.
They had people throw candy in their baskets.

Now I want to steal the silky, animal print caftan to wear around the house ala Mrs. Roper.

That is brilliant times 2!

I am referring to the fact that her other costume was ingenious, but since there were 3 tribal ladies I probably should have said times 3. Sorry, it's early.

i don't know what is the best part of this post- the outlandish title, the killer costumes, or your brilliant nod at mrs. roper. no wonder stanley was a frustrated man.

i am in love with you, diane.

That is Mrs. Roper times three. Wow.
Is she begging you not to wear it?

I agree with Andrea...the title is hilarious and so is the Mrs. Roper comment. The girls look cute ☺.

Hope they didn't get pelted with candy as people tried to make their shots into the baskets.

Totally Mrs. Roper. Now you have your costume for next year! Great costume idea--so original and not at all skanky (I know how hard it is to find teenage girl costumes...)

So brilliant! What a cute girl you have and what fun friends she's got.

My husband is in your town this week. He says the fog is killer...but I still wish I had tagged along. Would love to be hanging out with you.

I wish my boys costumes were that easy to complete...but Tom and Mike would have looked funny in those silky caftans:) They totally would have gone for the baskets on the heads...however, they would have forgotten about them and been dumping their candy all night! Maybe something easier next year!
