Home Run

It isn't every kid that gets to play t-ball in the shadow of the temple.

Sam is very serious about his game. While the other kids picked flowers and their noses. He was always in ready position. He knows where and when to throw the ball.

Sam has quite an arm and he is focused.

He reminds me of a couple of other little baseball boys.

Evan will be continuing his love of baseball by interning with the Orem Owls, a minor league baseball team. He will act as a facility manager responsible for hiring and managing 60 employees. He is so excited to get paid to watch baseball all summer long.

What a perfect job for my little baseball boy.

I would love to see the temple as my boys play ball. That is so neat.

Ah, the sports gene. Either you have it or you don't. My husband has it too. It is both a blessing and a curse. At least Evan's wife can't get mad at all of the sports watching because he is getting paid for it.

I can't wait for the NBA playoffs to be done. Then I get a sports break. Happily my husband is only mildly interested in baseball. I need a break.

What a great job for Evan!! That sounds SO fun! I'm glad that Sam is so focused...my kids were always the ones picking flowers.

Baseball is considered the all American game!

The temple in the distance is awesome.

Oh how cute is that picture? It just goes by too fast doesn't it. In no time my T-ball players will be getting jobs. If you have to have a job Evan's sound pretty good!

Awesome. Baseball is the perfect American sport. All little boys should be mandated by law to play.
