Shut Up And Drive Part Deux

Oh happy day...

Action shots...

Licensed to drive me crazy...

My baby got her license...yipee! I have lots of errands for her now, grocery shopping, dry cleaners, pharmacy, drive yourself to all your stuff!!!

Just a note about the DMV. It is the definition of What Not To Wear. It was seriously UGLY. If by chance you have a skort, particularly a tropical print skort, THROW it OUT!! Don't even donate it, we don't want to perpetuate such a travesty of fashion. Clothes have an expiration date. In fact, tropical prints should only be worn in the tropics, by actual surfers or if you are five. There were some cute ensembles, but the UG was so extreme it canceled out the cute. People ought to really consider what they wear to the DMV. They take your picture and people see it all the time. Fix your hair, wear a cute top...it's not that hard.

Send her my way, I have a few errands for her as well. And I PROMISE there won't be e tropical print in sight. That really is a travesty.

Oh, the DMV is a regular leper colony. I hate going there.

Your daughter is darling! I was never that cute at 16. Wait, I'm still not that cute. Crap.

oh happy day! I remember the day I got my license. My brother took me on the steepest hill in Bountiful and then proceeded to "teach" me how to drive a stick.
Well at least we know that Brynn wasn't having any fashion issues at the DMV. She is so pretty! And I am LOVING her shirt.

And I remember her coming home from 1st grade on the bus. Now she's cruisin out on her own! Watch out world! Diane you'll have to give me some tips since I'll have a driver in one year! Crazy!

Oh, I just had an experience at the DMV. You would be proud, I wore a cute top (not that it mattered).

Yeah, the DMV can be an awfully scary place. There was a worker there with the BIGGEST hair- like Dolly Parton's (sp?) from Steele Magnolia's big. I wanted to take a picture for the blog but forgot the camera. Maybe my next trip in...

A kid with a D.L. is my dream come true! I hate running errands!

Brynn made a very good choice on what to wear in her D.L. picture!

Congrats to the newest driver in your family...it's so freeing isn't it...to have children that can get themselves to their activities all on their own.

Freeing but at a price...the price of insurance for these young ones is outrageous...but so worth it!

that is so awesome! sad thing for the people at the DMV is that they probably did do their hair and were wearing their cutest tops - so sad :) I can not believe it - she's so cute!

I can't imagine the freedom of having someone else to run your errands for you and want to do it! You have such a cute family. Have you ever read gofugyourself.com? It is the celebrity version of what not to wear.

Oh I despise the DMV. In fact, the reason I have not taken my husband's last name as my own (almost 5 years later) is because I refuse to cross the DMV's threshold for any reason other than those mandated by law.

Your daughter is cute and her attire is darling.

No way - I am in denial. Brynn can't be old enough !!!

Brynn where did you get the cute shirt? This 31 year old wants one. I still think I'm young enough to wear 16 year olds clothes.
