Fashion Friday

So the Amish dress is a mini. If only I had my white patent leather go-go boots from the 60's. I could dance on Laugh-In.
This beaded number won't be going to the wedding, however, it will be going to Homecoming this weekend. One of Brynn's friends will be wearing it.
This one is currently up for consideration. It is sitting in my online shopping bag.
Alisa just did a post about this dress.
As is this one. Though the price tag is making me pause.
I think this one is too matronly. What do you think?
Why must it be so difficult?

LOVE the first two of the new choices! I think they will look fabulous on you!! I agree that the third is a little matronly looking. I'm not diggin the jacket.

I actually love the dress that you have on virtual hold! Cute! You can rock whatever dress you pick!

I LOVE the one with the bow on the side - I am worried it might be a little low cut, but nothing a little tape couldn't fix? I like the one Alisa picked out, too - does it make you feel better about the price if you think of all your friends that will be able to borrow it for nice events? think of the traveling black dress... (although you are crazy skinny right now, so it won't be me borrowing it :))

I actually really like all 3, you could rock the mandarin jacket. Oprah wore the bow one to some event recently. Maybe that's why it's expensive. Buy them all and try them on, and post the pics, please. alisa's background is really cute. and I like the shoes but doesn't she know you only wear adorable flats???

Yeah, Alisa moved away and was unaware of the need for sensible shoes...really glad I don't need to worry about matching my cane. I will however, require a chair in the receiving line. So the dress must look good while sitting.

Yes, too matronly. And the one that the price is giving you pause? Is GORGEOUS!

Laugh-In...that's funny! I'd personally love to see you in go-go boots. I can't wait to see which dress you pick?

I like all 3 - and I don't think the third has to be too matronly. You have a great haircut -- not even close to matronly -- you will, of course, be rocking the shoes, add some fab baubles and you can totally work it!

I like the expensive one. I think you could look good in the matronly one too. Only because you are far from matronly.

Go for the pricey one.

The one from Nordstrom is cute, but not dressy enough. I LOVE the expensive one...I see what you're saying about the last one but you could totally pull it off.

Would you like me to work on chair bling?

You need to post a pic of your silver jacket with the skirt.

I kind of like the last one, you could pull it off!

That was so nice of you to let Brynn's friend wear that dress!

I really, really like dress #3...yeah...I guess go go boots would be a little over the top with #1...you could wear bell bottoms under it...yeah..that was a bad idea...

I love the trenchcoaty one. I think the other one might drive you crazy in the shoulders (especially if you're sitting down) as you try to keep it from falling. The final one you could definitely pull off but, yes, it is probably the "older" of the ones there. However, I think you'd have a really hard time looking matronly!

Yep, I love the pricey bow one.

It looks like you definitely have some options and you have some time before you have to decide. Im sure you will find the favorite dress for the best day.

Ok, I like the one I selected, but the one after it is really cute, too! The last one could be pulled up if you did a really cute hair do and so great smoky eyes!
