Racing

Tom competed in the Ironman 70.3 California race on Saturday.
He beat his record from last year. Laura won the race for the shoes.
In record breaking time she came yesterday and collected her prize.
This girl is serious.
She will be sharing with Michelle.

I'd like to think my support for both Tom and Laura helped them do their very best :) - I wore a pair out to dinner last night..

My husband is training for his first Half Ironman and we ran a 10 mile run today and discussed how hard it's going to be.

To come home and today and see your husband after that run and that conversation: I'm totally impressed.
