This post is in response to a question I got about how to wear zebra print shoes.
First of all, animal print is a neutral. It goes with everything. Just treat zebra like a black shoe.
Outfit number one is obvious.
Grey tee with black embellishment + skinny jeans + zebra flats.
Outfit number two contains no black aside from the shoes.
Cream tank + turquoise cardigan + trouser jeans + zebra flats.
The orange necklace adds a pop of color just in case the sweater isn't bright enough.
Outfit number three
cream screen print tee + coral cardi + boy friend jeans + zebra flats
Black tee + hot pink cardi + boy friend jeans + black belt + black necklace + zebra flats.
Get your animal on.

diane. you have a lot of clothes.
i should buy some animal print shoes, since all i ever wear are jeans and solid colored tshirts. i am super boring in that realm.
I'll take one of each please. Just tell me how much and where to send the check.
Andrea, yes she does have a lot of clothes.
It's fun to see all of our shopping trip purchases on you! They look fab!
Oh, thank you so much! This should help. Sorta. I am starting to realize that half my problem is my simple (read: small) wardrobe. I really don't have any items that you can switch and swap with to change things up. I need to work on that.
Again....maybe Jordan needs to come "home" to Idaho so you can come be my personal shopping assistant for a day. Because I really do love your style. It is simple, yet fun and bright and always accessorized. If I actually HAD a wardrobe, I'd like it to look a lot like yours.
Now, I'm going to stop. I'm gushing over you and that isn't cute on grown women.
Okay...I love the shoes, but if I were to put animal print on my feet...not so cute...if I could even find some my size. I did get some bright pink tennies but my feet just don't like to be all cooped up - they want to be free!!! As always, so stylish is my sis-in-law...or is that my brother-in-law's wife. Too cute you are!
You are such a fashionista. I love each and every one of those outfits and am going shopping today to try and copy them EXACTLY.
If you could hear me I'm growling at you seductively ;-) Meow!! You look hot! Love all the outfits!
Diane, you are my hero. Truly.
I would never in a million years have thought that animal print would be neutral...but you have taught me well, fashion master. I love each and every outfit.
I LOVE the new header picture, too. You have a great looking family. ☺
These are all darling.
I love the new, or new to me, family picture on your blog. And, I'm happy to see you back in the blogosphere. I've missed you. I hope that means you are feeling at least marginally better.
