Elder Jordan.
Notice how I could not let go of his arm. June 25 marks the halfway point.
One year down, one more to go. Don't get me wrong, there is no place I would rather have him be than serving a mission and representing our Savior, it is just such. a. long. time.
Heaven help us all. Six months until our next phone call.

a year!?!?! good grief. doesn't even seem possible!
go buy some new shoes to comemorate. make them wingtips.
One year?!? Already? So fast to me, but what do I know. My pregnancy probably went fast to you, and let me tell you, it was not fast! :)
Everyone always says "already"? It went so fast! But they aren't counting every.single.day.and.minute.
I feel your joy at having him serve and I know your pain at missing him.
But hump day is huge! Let the downhill slide begin:)
It has already been a year!?! Wow, time flies faster and faster all the time!
(ps I love that everyone's comments are the same!)
i feel your pain. why does november 2010 have to be so stinking far away?!?!?! congrats on the halfway point!
Wingtips...Andrea kills me.
Man...I can't believe that before I know it my little men will be on missions. Whoa.
I want your nephew Sam and my Brian to be companions. That would be so awesome.
Congrats on making it a year. It is a sacrifice for the young man to serve AND for his mom to have him serve.
Every time I hear there is a transfer I wait anxiously to see if that Elder comes here...
