This board represents our first missionary who served in the Oklahoma Tulsa mission.
This is Elder Jordan's bulletin board.
It is a shrine I created to keep track of the areas he lives in.
My new favorite thing is to look up his address on google maps.
I can see the house he lives in and stroll around the streets.
It's the next best thing to visiting him.
I hope some day to add a third bulletin board to this wall.
Sister Brynn has a nice ring to it.

LOVE this idea. Will be trying it in, oh, about nine years or so.
When did your first son serve in Tulsa? Our 2nd son Ben was called to that mission, but because of a brain tumor, left one year later. He received a new mission call to a different mission. Maybe they would have been companions!
I love those boards!!! I agree with ferntyler...you even have incredible style when missionary tracking!
Is it even possible to visit your son when he's on a mission, or is that frowned upon??? If you could visit him that would be awesome!!!
What a great idea! Doesn't it make it so real to see where he's serving (towns, etc) rather than just a vague AREA. You are such a great mom! Keep sharing these brilliant ideas. I'll be holding on to them for the future!
No visiting allowed. I wouldn't really want to because since I served a mission, I know how distracting and frankly annoying that would be.
